The Second Childhood Consignment sale is staffed almost exclusively by VOLUNTEERS. These volunteers sign up for at least one 3 hour shift offered before, during or after the sale.  There are a wide variety of shifts and times that you can choose to work. Working more shifts allows you to attend the preview sales on Wednesday before the sale and on Sunday before the 50% off sale.

There is a wide variety of shifts available to suit everyone's individual schedules.  If you still don't see a shift that you can volunteer for, contact us anyway.  It's probable that we can work something out!

The following requirements determine which preview sale volunteers may attend:

• If you work 9 hours, 3 shifts, you may shop the Wednesday Preview sale at 5 PM and the Sunday 50% off preview sale from 12 to 1 PM
• If you work 6 hours, 2 shifts, you may shop the Wednesday Preview sale at 6 PM and the Sunday 50% off preview sale from 12 to 1 PM
• If you work 3 hours, 1 shift, you may shop the Wednesday Preview sale at 7 PM

Volunteers are asked to arrive about 10-15 minutes early for their shift to sign in and get ready.  Please do NOT bring your children to work with you during your shift.  Please remember to sign out when you are done so we can verify when you have worked. THANKS!

Please follow these easy steps to register to volunteer:

1. Fill out and submit the form located on this page
2. Review email confirmation of you shift time
3. If you are not a seller, you  must pay the volunteer deposit of $25.  Please send this payment to PO Box 921682, Norcross, GA 30010 and make the check out to 'SCC, Inc.'.  Volunteer deposits will be shredded once shift is completed.
4. Show up 10-15 minutes early for you shift
